Group programs

I have been in Mindi’s Circle Group for the last several months and it has been life changing! From the beginning I felt a sense of safety and belonging that has allowed me to explore my inner child, understand my patterns, hold boundaries, and heal past wounds. Mindi creates a warm and supportive group atmosphere that has helped me feel seen and heard, and her compassion and insight have changed my life for the better, in many different ways!

Since beginning The Cycle Breaker Collective, I have experienced greater levels of peace and joy than I have ever experienced in my life. I am more motivated and energized at work and less reactive at home. I have tried therapy for years, but the group format is an experience of support and connection that cannot compare to individual therapy. This group was exactly what I was looking for when I had gone as far as therapy could take me but I was still wanting to keep growing and evolving.

If I could walk around with Mindi in my pocket I'd be set for life. 🙂 Alternatively, I'll settle for the amazing guidance and resources she's given me in the body solidarity class. So many ah-ha moments - and SO much solidarity in joining other women in this self-love journey. Walking away with new friendships, more love and confidence for myself, permission to set boundaries, and go-to nervous system regulation tools that are changing my life. Can't say enough good things about Mindi and her knowledge.
