Frequently asked questions

Who is this program for?

This is for anyone who feels like they’ve been stuck in an endless cycle of pain, fatigue, or illness—and are ready to heal at the root. You’ve tried the conventional routes and didn’t find relief. You’re ready to go deeper, reconnect with your body, and start truly transforming.

Not at all. Whether you have a diagnosis or simply feel like your body is constantly “off,” this program is designed to help you understand the connection between trauma and your physical symptoms—and give you tools to support your healing.

You’ll receive:

  • Bi-weekly 90-minute live group sessions (via Zoom)
  • A comprehensive course workbook with tools, teachings, and journal prompts
  • A community space to connect with other beautiful souls walking the same path
  • 10 transformational modules on trauma, nervous system healing, mindset, inner child work, and more
  • Actionable tools and practices to support physical and emotional healing

While everybody is different, many clients report:

  • A reduction in symptoms (when the tools are consistently applied)
  • Increased energy, emotional clarity, and peace
  • A deepened sense of trust and gratitude for their body
  • Feeling seen, supported, and no longer alone in their healing journey

It’s both. This program bridges trauma-informed teachings with holistic, body-based healing. You’ll learn how emotional wounds, chronic stress, and unprocessed experiences shape your physical health—and how to rewire your relationship with your body from the inside out.

You’ll receive replay access for all group sessions. While live attendance is encouraged for connection and deeper integration, you won’t miss out if you need to go at your own pace.

About 2 hours per week for the live call (every other week) or replay, and any journaling or self-practice in between. You can always go deeper if you choose, but the program is designed to be both meaningful and manageable.

Due to the nature of this program—where you receive immediate access to proprietary materials, live group interaction, and digital content—there are no refunds. We encourage you to enroll with clear intention and readiness to commit to your healing.

Yes. This course is not a substitute for medical care, but it can be a powerful complement. Always consult with your medical provider, but many participants find this work enhances their healing and improves outcomes across treatments.

Yes—especially if you’ve done the emotional or spiritual work but your body hasn’t caught up. This program is ideal for those who feel like they’ve “worked on themselves” but still struggle with lingering symptoms or body distress.

Throughout the course of my life, I personally have had a very difficult time accepting the body that I have. I discussed in my book Cycle Breaker, that experiencing extensive childhood abuse, including longstanding emotional, physical, mental, and sexual abuse, led to a vast array of physical problems. I’ve had a very difficult time digesting food and I’ve dealt with longstanding chronic pain and chronic fatigue. I have also had periods of time where I rejected my body because I felt it was too thin or too heavy.

Chronic unwanted physical symptoms convinced me that my body was failing me. All these challenges led me to resent my body. I wanted to be free to live my life, to experience what it had to offer with ease. Once I understood the impact that my difficult childhood had on my body, my resentment towards it lessened and I could more easily hold myself with compassion. When I learned how my body – including its limitations – was in service of my mission in life, I softened even more. I became very intentional in treating my body with respect and loving and appreciating it, no matter what.

It is through the wisdom I learned from overcoming my own challenges with my body that I deliver this course in hopes that others can do the same.

Client testimonials
Through the Body Solidarity course, Mindi helped me look more deeply at the real causes of my health and body image frustrations. The weekly journal prompts and discussions were key to helping me see the deep, real, and necessary meaning and true purpose of my sufferings. I now see more clearly what I must heal in my heart in order to allow my body to heal and release these symptoms that were causing me great frustration. I have hope that I can truly heal.
– Client, Body Solidarity
If I could walk around with Mindi in my pocket I’d be set for life. 🙂 Alternatively, I’ll settle for the amazing guidance and resources she’s given me in the body solidarity class. So many ah-ha moments – and SO much solidarity in joining other women in this self-love journey. Walking away with new friendships, more love and confidence for myself, permission to set boundaries, and go-to nervous system regulation tools that are changing my life. Can’t say enough good things about Mindi and her knowledge.
– Ash, Body Solidarity
I’ve taken Body Solidarity twice and gotten so much out of both groups. I had no idea that taking it the second time would uncover so much more than just learning to love my physical body as it currently is. I have learned so many new tools, new perspectives and insights, and have uncovered even more wounds that I now get to heal. This shit is hard stuff and with the help and support of Mindi and her groups I no longer fear doing the work. You are amazing AF Mindi and I’m oh so very grateful we crossed paths.
